Payment terms

• Tier 1 monthly: R120 per month, including up to 10 SMS messages per day and excluding POS.
• Tier 1 annual: R1,353.60 per year, reflecting a 6% discount.
• Tier 2 monthly: R210 per month, including POS and up to 50 SMS messages per day.
• Tier 2 annual: R2,268 per year, reflecting a 10% discount.

The price shown at checkout applies to the billing period being purchased. Any tax that autofinn is legally required to charge will be disclosed before payment. We may change future pricing on reasonable notice; a price change does not retrospectively alter a completed billing period.

By subscribing, you authorise Paystack and its participating payment providers to charge the selected payment method on a recurring monthly or annual basis until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends.

You must keep billing information current and ensure the payment method may lawfully be used. A subscription becomes active only after Paystack verifies a successful charge.

autofinn charges a platform fee equal to 1% of each customer transaction processed through autofinn. This fee is separate from Paystack’s processing fees and any charges imposed by banks, card networks or other payment providers.

The split may be applied automatically through the configured Paystack subaccount and transaction split. Your business authorises the deduction and allocation of applicable platform and processing fees from transaction proceeds.

For customer payments processed for a South African business, Paystack’s published standard processing fees as at 18 August 2026 are:

• Local card transaction: 2.9% of the transaction amount plus R1, excluding VAT. Paystack waives the R1 portion for transactions below R10.
• International card transaction: 3.1% of the transaction amount plus R1, excluding VAT.
• Apple Pay transaction: 3.1% of the transaction amount plus R1, excluding VAT, under Paystack’s current South African pricing, which lists Apple Pay with international transactions. Paystack’s classification at the time of processing controls. autofinn does not add a separate Apple Pay-specific fee.

These Paystack processing fees are additional to autofinn’s 1% platform fee. For customer invoice and POS collections, the business subaccount bears the applicable Paystack processing fee and autofinn platform fee, which are deducted from the transaction proceeds unless autofinn and the business expressly agree to another compliant arrangement. The customer is charged the displayed checkout amount.

Paystack may amend its pricing, classification rules, taxes or payment method availability. The rate applicable when a transaction is processed will prevail. Current rates are available on Paystack’s South African pricing page.

Paystack processes online payments. Each activated business may be connected to a Paystack subaccount so that customer payments are routed according to the configured split. You must provide accurate banking and subaccount information and notify autofinn before processing payments if it is incorrect.

Use of Paystack remains subject to its applicable South African terms, compliance checks, prohibited-business rules and payment-network requirements.

A successful checkout confirmation does not guarantee immediate settlement. Paystack, acquiring banks, payment-method providers or financial institutions may delay, withhold, reverse or adjust settlement for operational, legal, fraud, reserve or dispute reasons.

Indicative settlement timelines are controlled by Paystack and banking partners and may change. autofinn does not guarantee that funds will reach a bank account on a specific date.

If a recurring subscription payment fails, is reversed or becomes past due, we may retry collection where supported and may restrict the workspace to billing and support until payment is successfully verified. You remain responsible for outstanding fees and any lawful recovery costs.

You may request cancellation through authenticated support. Unless law requires otherwise or we agree differently, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Deleting an account, removing a payment method or ceasing to use the service does not by itself cancel an active recurring subscription.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the relevant service period begins, except where required by applicable consumer law or where autofinn approves a refund after reviewing the circumstances. Duplicate or incorrect autofinn charges should be reported promptly through support.

Your business is responsible for its goods and services, invoice accuracy, fulfilment, returns, refunds and customer support. autofinn is not the seller and does not decide whether your customer is entitled to a refund.

Chargebacks, fraud claims and reversals may create liabilities, fees or deductions under Paystack and payment-network rules. You must respond to disputes promptly, keep suitable proof of customer authorisation and fulfilment, and fund refunds or negative balances attributable to your transactions.

You must reconcile autofinn payment records, Paystack records and bank settlements with your own accounting records. Report discrepancies without unreasonable delay. autofinn records are administrative aids and do not replace bank statements, Paystack settlement reports or legally required accounting records.

autofinn does not store complete payment-card details. Card and bank authorisation occurs through Paystack and its payment providers. Never send passwords, one-time PINs or complete card details through autofinn support, notes or document fields.

Existing customers should log a ticket in the authenticated support portal and include the invoice number, autofinn payment reference and Paystack reference where available. General questions may be submitted through the contact page.
